Lugia orders can take 15 - 60 business days from the purchase date to be shipped. Future collections will not be made to order and will ship within 5 days.

Yes, cancellations or edits can be made up to 7 days after purchase date and must be notified by email at info@elysiumarchive.com. Cancellations or edits cannot be made after 7 days.

Once an order has shipped or time elapsed past the cancellation window, refunds are not accepted. Customers can request a refund once the item is received but may be responsible for shipping label.
